1. What restrictions does Bewicca have in place for secret pages?
Brands looking to directly promote drugs or firearms are prohibited. Any pages wishing to advertise the sale of illegal goods in any way will not be hosted here. Bewicca may facilitate the sale of digital products which may include pornographic content, provided it contains NONE of the following;
Beastiality | Animal abuse | Peadofilia | Underaged sexualising
*Pornographic or otherwise, ALL MATERIAL submitted will be strictly monitored to ensure it contains none of the topics listed above before it will be considered to feature on Bewicca.
2. Will every piece of content I submit be made available on my page?
Bewicca aim to create engaging & effective site pages. Any decisions to exclude content entries will be discussed with the page owner in question, with guidance offered for how best to conduct a sequence of releases where applicable.
3. Is it possible to have my page adjusted if I'm unhappy or have redeveloped my brand?
Absolutely! One revision of your Bewicca page (following initial setup) is free of charge. For best results, be sure to provide thorough feedback upon request, since Bewicca reserves the right to accommodate your first answer only (multiple emails or messages requesting additional edits may incur additional fee requests). For revisions further down the line such as to accommodate rebranding etc additional fees apply. In some cases, content or info may be replaced, reworked or reworded free of charge, depending on the task complexity.
4. Is it possible to have my merchandise redesigned if I'm unhappy with it?
In some cases, the redesign of merchandise is only possible from scratch, therefore fees apply should you request the redesign of your merchandise collection, however, said fees will depend on the volume of work requested and can be waived in some cases. In the event of a full rebrand, a free run of new merch may be accounted for as part of your revision quote.
5. Am I guarenteed a place on Bewicca following my form submission?
While social media sites tend to accommodate anyone who can prove they're human, Bewicca is an exclusive plaform and we offer to house a limited number of brands or artists at any given time. In the event our service is full, your info may be stored on our system and you'll be notified in the event space is available at a later date. Additionally, anyone seeking page setup must adhere to our restrictions (see Q1).
6. Once setup is paid for and complete, are there any additional fees going forward?
Yes, you will be prompted after your first 3 months to enrol in a monthly subscription. Subscription prices can vary depending on the volume and size of your submitted material, in addition to monetisation capability i.e. fan pages cost more than brand pages. Options start from as little as £4.50 pcm with a maximum price of £27 pcm to accommodate the likes of a full length movie or in depth discography. Your subscription price will differ from your initial set-up fee, which is charged separately. To clarify, 3 months are freely available with your site setup fee and your subscription category (cost) will be detailed along with your setup quote.
7. Can I build my own mailing list and have my own subscribers?
Bewicca offer link options which includes the likes of mailchimp or other contact external list building sites. However, Bewicca are not able to directly facilitate individual mailing lists internally. Should you opt in for Bewicca promotion, your brand may be featured on a Bewicca mail shot going out to all our subscribers.
8. Are there perks or rewards on offer if my brand generates high revenue or traffic?
Yes, Bewicca may invest additional efforts towards the promotion of brands or artists who demonstrate their own popularity, provided permission to do so has been offered to us in your form i.e. on our social platforms.
9. Will my page be optimised for a variety of devices?
Bewicca can design your page specifically for both PC and mobile phone, however we do not possess the ability to seperately optimise your site on a tablet.
10. Is any of my personal information shared with third parties?
Absolutely not!
11. If I leave before my next subscription renews can I be refunded for the term?
Unfortunately not. Rollover will simply not resume in such cases.
12. What's the best way to contact if I have any issues?
At the footer of this site you will always find a message icon accepting direct emails to our team.
13. Do I have to do shared promotion with brands in my category?
In the event you specify a shared promotion partner, for example your friends brand to be advertised alongside yours, this can be accommodated without the need to advertise other, less familiar brands at the foot of your page. You may also opt for a "stand alone" page (advertising no other Bewicca brands) which can slightly increase your bespoke quote. Please offer details surrounding this matter upon or during your application.
14. What is the waiting time for page setup?
The waiting time for page setup is approximately 3 weeks following a form submission.
15. What is my page setup likely to cost?
See Q6 for info regarding Bewicca member subscriptions, which is treated as a separate cost. Similar to subscription fees, the cost for page set-up can vary dramatically. If you are a brand simply seeking to advertise your name, a few links and a merchandise collection, costs start at around £39 since setup would not take long, nor require much storage space / upload time. A Bewicca page consisting however, of the maximum amount of material such as films, page set-up can be as much as £270. This fee would include the cost of additional storage space acquisition where applicable, though can result in a higher subscription fee due to the need over time for ongoing storage facilitation.
16. Can my page stay on Bewicca for as long as I like no matter what I sell?
See Q5 to understand more about membership requests. Bewicca is an exclusive platform and we offer to house a limited number of brands and artists at any given time. The first 3 months for all paying members is guaranteed (provided setup and subscription costs have been covered) however, your page may be subject to evaluation at the close of this term, and depending on the volume of new requests received, Bewicca reserves the right to subsidise a new potential for a page appearing dormant. Traffic holds value for us in addition to sales, therefore fanpages (which cannot be monetised) displaying a high performance regarding visits will be considered for keeps in addition to brand pages gaining plenty of views despite failing to secure consistent sales. Any brand or artist who becomes subject to removal due to low exposure will receive plenty of notice. While subscription plans can (and will in most cases) be cancelled from our side, Bewicca reccomend the member in question ensure no unfounded costs reoccur by cancelling the automatic payment themselves (which will be advised as part of your notice declaration).
17. How will my finished site be approved by me?
Depending what you choose this as part of your form submission, your finished site may be published in order for us to send it your way for final approval as a link, however, due to not being listed anywhere on our site navigation, it will not be readily accessible to the public. Most pages on Bewicca can only be found via self or in-house promotion i.e. link sharing, or are discoverable by direct link input. While Bewicca cannot guarantee full privacy of published yet unapproved sites in response to browser searching i.e. for your brand or similar, your page can be unpublished in response to any unfulfilled edit requests, therefore Bewicca advise keeping an eye out for our approval request email. In extreme or requested cases, (i.e. for high-profile or established brands or artists) Bewicca are happy to undergo the approval process by way of screenshots as opposed to link sharing, however this method is not generally preferred due to lack of available interactivity.
